Voyage On Board the National Marine Facility’s RV Investigator!

QUT Centre for Robotics Research Engineer Vincent Free and I boarded the CSIRO RV Investigator for our research voyage to the Coral Sea ! 🚢

We performed a large number of Blue Robotics ROV surveys in different conditions, and worked alongside a group of amazing scientists led by Helen Pask from Macquarie University. Our experiments focused on studying the impacts of lasers on behaviour of marine life like fish and sharks.
